Outer is a startup furniture brand that came on the scene a few years ago. They’re known for beautifully crafted furniture, specifically designed for outdoor spaces. They’re built to be durable, with a modern look that can comfortably fit into any decor.
Our personal favorite outdoor chair is their Wicker Outdoor Armless Chair. It’s an extremely comfortable, beautifully engineered single-seater that makes you feel like you’re at a luxurious resort with full poolside service.
It retails a bit on the pricy side at $1,250 per seat, so definitely a heavy investment. But of all the pieces we looked at, Outer’s wicker chair was by far the best combination of stylish design, comfortable seating, and modern aesthetic.
West Elm:
West Elm is known for their high-quality furniture, but most people haven’t seen its excellent assortment of outdoor chairs, couches, and sectionals.
Our personal favorite chair to spruce up your space is the Huron Outdoor Lounge Chair. Made from handwoven cord and with a rust-resistant aluminum frame, this chair provides a comfortable structure and elegant look that makes you feel like you’re relaxing on a Polynesian island.

Wayfair:
If you’re looking for a more affordable option, Wayfair is always reliable. We love the standard-issue Patio Chairs which retail at just $415 for two, including cushions!
Wayfair’s chairs are well built, sleek, and comfortable. They look great in any backyard or patio setting, and they have the more traditional high armrests you’ll find at a classic hotel poolside.
